Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services infrastructure located in the EU (eu-west-2, London region). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to your data is strictly limited to authorised members of your organisation.

HomeEtch supports team accounts. When you invite a colleague to join your organisation, their email address is used solely to send an invitation and create their account. All members of an organisation can access that organisation's property records. Organisation owners can remove member access at any time.
If you register using Sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple provides — typically a name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address to protect your personal email. We store and use this address only for account management purposes.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting us at [email protected]. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
